Vigornail contains, among other ingredients, L-cystine and zinc. An adequate intake of zinc is one of the factors that helps keep nails in optimal condition. L-cystine is a sulfur amino acid that constitutes keratin. How to use: Press the sachet with your fingers in different directions and pour the contents into a glass with 150 ml of water. Stir with a spoon for complete dispersion. Consume immediately afterwards. The solution can be taken at any time of the day. Do not take this product if you are allergic (hypersensitive) to any of its ingredients. Not recommended in disorders of cystine absorption or elimination.
