Red Maca, similar to other varieties of maca of another color, is a food with a profile of high nutritional value and protein content, higher than other roots and tubers. Its calcium content is even higher than other plants.
* Of the different types of maca that have been analyzed, red maca has the highest amount of antioxidants, contains more carotene, niacin, vitamin C and Zinc.
* We select only the red maca roots to pulverize and thus we obtain this product.
How to use:
- The recommended intake is 5 to 10 g (1 - 2 teaspoons) of red maca powder every day.
- It can be mixed with milk, juices or your daily drink.
